Apply as Teaching Artist
Youth succeed at Arts Street because of the exceptional professionals who care about our next generation of socially and economically competent and skilled citizens. Arts Street employs dedicated artists with visual, performing and multi-media knowledge partnered with industry experience to guide and mentor youth in all the projects.
Artists are paid to teach and mentor youth and must have previous experience working with teenagers, particularly those who are underserved. One or two artists are needed per team to plan curriculum and instruct youth. Teaching artists are employed in "Lead" or "Assistant" capacities.
